Senior Business Analyst

We are
seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Business Analyst to join
our dynamic team. As an IT Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible
for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your
primary focus will be to understand business requirements, identify
opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with cross -functional
teams to design and implement technical solutions.

Key
Responsibilities:

1.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit,
analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Work closely with
end -users and subject matter experts to understand their needs and challenges.

2. Process
Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify
inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Propose innovative solutions to
enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

3.
Technical Solution Design: Translate business requirements into clear and
concise technical specifications. Collaborate with software developers, system
architects, and other IT teams to design appropriate solutions that align with
business objectives.

4. System
Integration: Facilitate seamless integration of new systems and applications
with existing IT infrastructure. Ensure data integrity and security during
integration efforts.

5. Testing
and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the
functionality and performance of the technical solutions. Address and resolve
any issues identified during the testing phase.

6.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business
requirements, technical specifications, and project progress. Ensure that all
relevant documentation is up -to -date and accessible to relevant team members.

7.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and
issues to business stakeholders and project teams. Maintain a strong working
relationship with both technical and non -technical stakeholders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business
   Administration, or related field. 
   
2. Proven
   experience (6 years) as an IT Technical Business Analyst or similar role in the
   IT industry.
   
3. Strong
   understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business analysis
   methodologies.
   
4. Proficiency in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.
   
5. Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
   
6. Excellent
   analytical and problem -solving skills.
   
7. Effective
   communication and interpersonal abilities.
   
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
   
9. Strong
   attention to detail and organizational skills.
   
10. Prior
    experience in Aviation domain is a plus.
