Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization to streamline operations and improve productivity
.Requirement Gathering : Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for IT solutions and process improvements
.Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key business metrics, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization
.Technology Evaluation and Implementation : Evaluate technology solutions, software applications, and tools to support business objectives. Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives
.Change Management : Facilitate change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, and training. Support the adoption of new processes and technologies by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users
.Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of the business. Recommend and implement process enhancements, best practices, and automation solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage
