Job Description - Senior Business Analyst (Campaign & Market Analytics)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Preference: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period

Key Responsibilities:

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets
Perform deep -dive analysis on customer behavior, campaigns, and marketing performance
Translate business requirements into data -driven insights and recommendations
Build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel
Work independently with minimal supervision and handle end -to -end analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders and clearly communicate findings

Must -Have Skills:

Strong expertise in SQL (advanced level)
Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Power BI
Hands -on experience in Customer & Marketing Analytics
Prior Retail industry experience (mandatory)
Experience in CRM & Loyalty domain
Background in Campaign Analytics
