Senior Business Analyst (Retail Analytics)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the Retail domain and strong expertise in Retail Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of store performance, revenue growth management (RGM), assortment optimization, merchandising analytics, and the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights.

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Retail industry.
  
• Strong business understanding of retail concepts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Store Performance Analytics
    
  • Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
    
  • Assortment Planning & Optimization
    
  • Merchandising Analytics
    
• Ability to understand, articulate, and present business problem statements effectively.
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and insights generation.
  
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
  
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Early joiners preferred.
