Summary:

We are
seeking a highly experienced and detail -oriented Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in SWIFT messaging (MT & MX), ISO 20022
standards, and PRPC Smart Investigate framework. The ideal candidate
will have proven success in business analysis, solution design, and migration
projects, especially those involving SWIFT MX message automation, global
clearing systems, and operational efficiency.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and solutioning efforts using PRPC Smart
  Investigate framework.
  
• Drive the analysis, design, and execution of MT to MX message
  migration under ISO 20022 mandates (e.g., SR2023, SR2024, SR2025).
  
• Work with stakeholders to automate/partially automate MX message
  types such as camt.056, camt.029, pacs.008, pacs.009, pacs.009 cov,
  pacs.004, camt.106, camt.110, camt.111.
  
• Support testing and validation of MX messages on the SWIFT portal,
  ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with global teams to manage and optimize workflows
  related to SWIFT Case Manager and transaction lifecycle management.
  
• Provide SME -level insight on international clearing systems including EBA, TARGET, FED, and CHIPS.
  
• Lead process optimization projects, demonstrating tangible results
  in FTE savings and operational efficiency.
  
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across
  business and technical teams.
  
• Support agile ceremonies and contribute to requirement gathering,
  user story creation, and UVT management.
  
• Mentor junior analysts and support client service group operations
  across multiple countries.
  

Required
Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related
  field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis within banking/financial
  services.
  
• Hands -on experience with SWIFT MT and MX messages; in -depth
  knowledge of ISO 20022 standards.
  
• Strong understanding of PRPC Smart Investigate framework.
  
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery
  methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with SWIFT Case Manager and SWIFT testing
  environments.
  
• Expertise in workflow design, UVT, and stakeholder management.
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable
  outcomes.
  

Preferred
Qualifications:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA).
  
• Exposure to automation tools and RPA in banking operations.
  
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
