Business Architecture (Digital & FU Domains)

Scope for the Role

·        Work closely with functional units like HR, Finance, Legal, Shared Services …etc to Digitalize their businesses.

·        Develop and maintain the current-state and future-state business architecture, ensuring a coherent and connected enterprise view.

·        Understand the organization’s long-term strategic direction and translate it into actionable architectural guidance across all domains.

·        Use capabilities as the foundation for structuring transformation programs, investment discussions, and enterprise roadmaps.

·        Provide expert architectural input to guide new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target business architecture and organizational priorities.

·        Act as a steward of business architecture artifacts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across the organization.

·        Deliver an annual technology and business trends assessment to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.

·        Offer a cross-organizational, enterprise-wide perspective to leadership teams, supporting informed prioritization and alignment.

·        Enable stakeholders to understand the business architecture’s value in shaping digital transformation and operational excellence.

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technology units to ensure alignment and shared understanding of strategic goals.

·        Drive consensus on architectural decisions and clarify how business architecture supports and accelerates change across the organization.

Education

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

·        12+ years of relevant experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or related domains.

·        Relevant experience in Telecom, IT, ERP, and AI domains.
