Lead enterprise-level consulting engagements focused on operational optimization, financial performance improvement, and value-based care strategy execution.

Partner with market and corporate leadership to identify business challenges, define scope, and develop strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives.

Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Oversee project execution including planning, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and performance measurement.

Elicit, document, and validate complex business requirements; develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process maps; define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability; identify gaps and downstream impacts; and partner with engineering and data teams to design scalable solutions.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to business consultants and analysts; support capability development within the consulting function.

Facilitate executive-level presentations and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and decision-making.

Contribute to the development of standardized consulting methodologies, playbooks, and performance frameworks.

Participate in leadership forums and represent consulting function in cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
B.Tech Computer science..
MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Deep understanding of value-based care models, healthcare financial drivers, and operational performance metrics.
Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability.
Experience developing financial models, business cases, and performance dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
High level of business acumen, accountability, and strategic thinking.
