Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.\n\n## This role in summary\n\nEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace Engineering. \n\nEXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 Years \n\nResponsible for supporting in improvement of structural robustness of Products/Projects through explicit LS-Dyna Simulations\n\nTechnical Expertise:\n\n 1. Basic in LS Dyna , explicit and implicit analysis\n\n 2. Pro\ufb01cient in component/subsystem/system level simulations using LS-Dyna\n\n 3. Basic in component/subsystem/system level result analysis using LS-Prepost\n\n 4. Expert in 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metals and plastics using Altair-Hypermesh.\n\n 5. FEM and analysis using LS Dyna and LS Prepost. Candidates should have hands- on experience with explicit analysis projects\n\n 6. Experience on material model selection\n\n 7. Should have very good knowledge in FEM theory and numerical methods\n\n 8. Should have experience in providing logical and feasible design suggestion based on FEA analysis\n\n\n\n\n## Your responsibilities will include\n\n 1. Can convert physical / \ufb01eld problem into Simulation problem (BC de\ufb01nition) independently. Pro-active knowledge documentation and sharing\n 2. Perform the Structural simulations, analyze the results, prepare proper report with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the product performance\n 3. Good in Result interpretation, may need help in design solutions\n 4. Handle projects and deliver solutions to stakeholders with support from mentor\n 5. Coordinate with different functions and stakeholders for project discussions\n\n\n\n## Minimum requirements\n\nKEY DELIVERABLES\n\nPatents/ Research / External presentations :\n\nRigor to publish/present papers in Technical Forums\n\nKnowledge Management :\n\nOpen in sharing knowledge and thoughts\n\nProactive knowledge documentation and sharing within and outside stakeholders\n\nTECHNICAL\n\n 1. Knowledge of Strength of Materials\n\n 2. Knowledge of numerical techniques like Finite Element Method (FEM) and Finite Difference Method (BEM).\n\n 3. Awareness of material and product testing\n\n 4. Pro\ufb01ciency in Simulation tools like Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Ansys etc.\n\n 5.
