Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to manage a small team in a high-volume takeaway restaurant serving steak, chicken, and fries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff.
Work hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours.
Maintain SOPs, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Manage daily inventory, food costs, and waste.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
Monitor food storage, labeling, and temperature checks.
Prepare daily and weekly kitchen performance reports.
Report operational and staffing issues to the owner.

Salary: OMR 250–300/ 49000-74000 INR per month

Requirements

7+ years of working experience as a Chef De Partie experience.
Experience as Senior CDP, Kitchen Leader, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
Basic English communication skills.
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
