University.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the script or concept and decide the visual look and feel of the project.
  
• Plan how each scene will be shot - Camera angles, lighting, and mood.
  
• Work closely with the Production and Branding Team to bring the vision to life.
  
• Lead the camera and lighting team on set.
  
• Ensure every frame is well -composed, aesthetically strong, and meaningful.
  
• Choose the right camera, lenses, lighting setup, and equipment for each project.
  
• Handle different types of shoots - creative shoot, brand films, cinematic videos, etc.
  
• Maintain consistency in visual quality and style across the project.
  
• Solve on -ground challenges during shoots (Technical issues, lighting issues, space constraints, etc.)
  

Good to Have

• Experience in ad films, startup storytelling, or branded content.
  
• Knowledge of gimbals, drones, or advanced camera rigs.
  
• Understanding of cinematic production grade light setups (Nanlite, Aperture, etc)
  

Requirements

•  Minimum 4+ years of experience in Cinematography / Video Production.
  
• Strong understanding of production:
  
  • Creating story -boarding and screenplay
    
  • Camera operation (photo + video)
    
  • Lighting (natural + artificial)
    
  • Framing & composition
    
  • Color and mood
    
• Ability to create cinematic visuals, not just basic coverage.
  
• Experience with professional cameras (Sony / Canon / Lumix, etc.)
  
• Basic understanding of color grading and post -production workflow.
  
• Strong sense of storytelling through visuals.
  
• Ability to manage time, shoots, and equipment effectively
  
• Ability to lead a team and take ownership of shoots
  
• Portfolio/Show -reel is mandatory
