ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Senior Collaboration DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, building, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise collaboration applications, primarily Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and SPFx using DevOps principles. This role bridges engineering, operations, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable collaboration solutions across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions.
• Partner with business units globally to develop SharePoint & Power Apps based solutions for a range of business challenges using M365 environment.
• Provide ongoing development and maintenance of existing SharePoint application, as well as building new applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Use best coding Practices to build the solution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Should have 8+ years of experience/exposure in M365.
• Should have good hands-on experience developing solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Should have good hands-on experience in developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery and Rest API
• Should have good Knowledge of Responsive Design and its integration with SharePoint.
