Job Description - Senior Consultant

Doing Requirement Gathering to suggest the best product and customizations. Highlighting any risks or limitations involved and documenting the same.

Creating Proposals, SOW, response to RFP, Effort Estimates for all phases of Project Lifecycle

Doing Product Configurations and presenting compelling Product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POC).

Leading the Solutioning throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer's experience.

Demonstrating a working knowledge by creating a solution fulfilling clientâs requirements

Uncovering the challenges and issues a business is facing by running targeted discovery sessions and workshops.

Examining prospect requirement, mapping to solutions needs & effectively build Business Case for prospects

Conducting onsite / online Business workshop to gather clientâs requirement through Consultative approach

Analysis of Trends of Industry through market or segment research, client interactions, event participations and sharing feedback with Product team on Product alignment for the market/segment/industry.

Adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by management, including but not limited to CRM policies, Client management, Internal and External communications, brand building and management etc.

Requirements

Primary Competencies

Subject Matter Expert and Knowledgeable

Sound understanding of Banking and Card Management product and solution

Should have worked as BA, Presales or Delivery role in reputed organization/s providing banking solution.

Strong technical background to understand clientâs needs and challenges

Problem solving skills to deliver customized solution fulfilling clientâs challenges / requirements

Driving discussion to closure

Secondary Competencies

Strong Client Management with excellent communication and documentation skills

Excellent listener, presenter and advisor

Creative and out of the box thinking

Ability to work as a team

Positive Attitude with Confidence, Enthusiasm, Friendliness, Respectfulness, Attentiveness, Self-Motivated etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

Banking expert with 6-8 years of exp having worked on products like Finacle, Temenos, Finastra, compass plus etc
