We are seeking a sharp, business-driven Senior Consultant to join our Client Solutions team. The ideal candidate is a professional with 4+ years of post-qualification experience, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
This role sits at the forefront of our client engagement efforts; strengthening relationships, driving business development, identifying emerging opportunities, and contributing to Vahuraâs growth story. You will interact with senior and business leaders, participate in strategic conversations, and represent Vahura in meetings, pitches, and industry forums.
This role and requires comfort with travel for client meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
âClient Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients (Corporates, law firms, Funds, and International clientele).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs, talent requirements, and organisational context.
- Represent Vahura in client calls, presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
âBusiness Development & Key Account Growth
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and proactively drive conversions.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, industry events, and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach to nurture potential clients and grow the firmâs reach.
âMarket Research & Insights
- Track industry, regulatory, and legal market developments to support client advisory and business development efforts.
- Monitor news, trends, and market movements to identify potential leads and emerging practice areas.
- Contribute to research-driven reports, quarterly updates, and insights generated by the Client Solutions team.
âProject Coordination & Operations
- Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and engagement documentation.
- Maintain CRM data, track pipeline activity, and generate periodic reports for internal review.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and touchpoints with clients in a timely and professional manner.
âInternal Collaboration
- Work closely with Recruitment, Research, Marketing, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Provide insights and feedback to leadership on market needs and opportunities.
Requirements
âMust-Haves
- Legal or Management degree and 4+ years PQE.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and comfort with online research and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills, business awareness, and ability to convert leads into opportunities.
- High level of ownership, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple high-pressure mandates and deliver consistently.
