Infosys Consulting – (IC CRL) practice is dedicated to serving Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics firms.

What are we looking for?

Information Security Awareness: Understanding of basic security concepts including confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA Triad), risk management and security controls.

Security monitoring and Incident Response: Ability to monitor security events analyze logs, respond to security incident in timely manner and ensuring Business continuity.

Identity and Access Management (IAM): Understanding of IAM principles including authentication authorization and identity federation as well as experience with IAM solutions like single sign on (SSO) and multi factor authentication (MFA).

Security Compliance: Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, KISMS and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards.

Encryption and Cryptography: Knowledge of encryption algorithms, key management, and cryptographic protocols to protect data in transit and at rest.

Vulnerability Management: Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.

Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking: Experience in conducting penetration tests and ethical hacking exercise to identify and exploit security vulnerabilities in systems and networks.

Cyber Security Architecture: Experience in mapping, analyzing, and designing cyber security architecture thereby ensuring network security, Data Security, application security and Regulatory compliance.

Cyber Security management: Hands on experience in cybersecurity program management, third party risk management, Asset and Configuration Management.

Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information systems security professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or equivalent.

What will you do?

At IC-CRL, you will:

• Be responsible for the delivery of business results to global Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics clients.
• Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions.
• Develop and implement security policies procedures and standards to safeguard the organization information assets and systems.
• Monitor network traffic and security logs for signs of suspicious activity and respond to security incidents according to establish incident response procedures.
• Configure and manage security tools and technologies including firewalls and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions.
• Conduct security awareness training programs to educate employees about security best practices and reduce security risks.
• Conduct regular security assessments including vulnerability scans penetration tests and security audits to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and support to IT and business teams on security - related matters including secure software development matters, data protection and compliance requirements.
• Execute static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST)
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices through continuous leading and participation in security forums.
• Participate in a variety of firm building events.
