WSP India is seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Management Expert to join the Earth & Environment (E&E) business line supporting the US GCC region. This opportunity is ideal for a project professional with strong expertise in project controls, project execution, scheduling, document management, procurement, and project governance, complemented by a sound understanding of E&E engineering projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a growing portfolio of multidisciplinary projects by ensuring efficient project delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to established project management standards.

Essential
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a reputed academic institution in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant Project Management experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry, typically 9–14 years
Good communication skills with clear command over spoken and written English.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable supporting US and international project teams and working across time zones.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as Power BI.
Able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, driving timely and high‑quality delivery of project outcomes.
Preferred
Industry-recognised Project Management Qualification like ChPP or progressing towards professional accreditation.
Experience supporting projects delivered for US or international clients from an India-based location.
Exposure to digital project controls, dashboards, or structured reporting toolsProficient in MS
CAPM-PMI / PMP certifications would be an added advantage.
