Make an impact with our
National Tax Services Group as a Senior Consultant, Tax Process Management.
This diverse team of professionals provides best-in-class industry and
technical expertise to internally drive the success of our Tax practice. As a
trusted advisor, you’ll work internally to support the delivery of tax
services, the development and coordination of key training programs and
materials and the communication of tax matters.

Responsibilities

·       Reporting to
MNP’s Leader of National Tax, and working closely with a variety of Tax
Partners, team members and stakeholders, lead and coordinate strategic and
operational projects that span multiple Tax service lines helping to enable
scalable ways of working

·       Manage
project plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting to ensure successful
outcomes for key operational initiatives

·       Identify
opportunities to coordinate strategic initiatives, manage cross functional
projects, and support the implementation of process improvement programs

·       Facilitate
project meetings, track action items, manage risks, and communicate progress to
key stakeholders

·       Support
change management activities associated with new processes and initiatives

·       Partner with
Tax leadership to design and implement consistent operating procedures across
teams, including ensuring strong alignment of initiatives across teams while
minimizing duplication of effort

·       Support key
stakeholders within MNP’s IT Solution Delivery team as well as MNP’s Innovation
team to identify practical opportunities for improvement, rolling out new tools
and processes, and supporting initiatives to drive standardization

Requirements

Skills

·       At least
three years of experience in project management, process improvement,
operations, or consulting

·       Strong
fluency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and
SharePoint

·       Experience
within a professional services environment is strongly preferred

·       Exposure to
Tax, Accounting, or Finance operations is an asset

·       Experience leading cross-functional
initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Educational
Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting,
Commerce, Operations, or a related discipline
