About Talent & Organization (T&O) Practice

The Talent & Organization (T&O) practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting’s service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in N.America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

Job Responsibilities

• organization change management track in large scale transformation projects such a Digital Transformation, AI&I programs and Large ERP transformation programs.
• as an effective change management consultant assisting clients in their large scale transformation journeys either as a sole Change practitioner or leading the change team
• with Infosys Consulting teams and / or other Infosys Delivery Units to create effective technology and non-technology solutions. These solutions should focus on change strategy, change impact assessment, articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies
• and motivate client stakeholders and Infosys team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively
• thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
• in practice building activity as a valued contributor to the change management community. This may involve training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practitioners

Professionals we are looking for?

Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity and experience of making a positive difference to a strategic or tactical transformation program.

• experience of 5-8 years, with at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post MBA preferably as a change management specialist in technology / non-technology driven transformation programs
• hands-on experience of end-to-end change management interventions in atleast 2-3 transformation programs irrespective of the context of change
• working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven transformation programs
• of developing a change strategy for large scale transformation programs having a global reach
• ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions
• executive level relationship building skills
• experience in Management consulting with Consulting firms
• in change management such as Prosci®, PCI®, etc will be an added advantage
