This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Consulting Analyst, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Workiva) based in India.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of governance, risk, and compliance transformation programs for global clients, supporting end-to-end implementations of Workiva GRC solutions. You will work within cross-functional consulting teams to help organizations strengthen their controls, audit, risk, and policy management processes through technology-driven solutions. The position offers strong exposure to full implementation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives. The environment is structured, fast-paced, and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on documentation, accuracy, and collaboration. Accountabilities
In this role, you will support the implementation and delivery of Workiva GRC solutions across multiple governance, risk, and compliance workstreams.
- Assist in the implementation of Workiva GRC across areas such as controls, internal audit, risk management, and policy compliance.
- Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements into structured deliverables for system configuration and testing.
- Support configuration activities within the Workiva platform based on defined solution designs and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including requirements trackers, test scripts, issue logs, training materials, and status reports.
- Execute system testing, support defect identification, and assist in validating issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Contribute to UAT preparation, data validation, migration support, and reconciliation activities to ensure system readiness.
- Participate in client meetings, capture action items, and support follow-through on assigned tasks to ensure delivery alignment.
Requirements
This role requires strong foundational experience in Workiva GRC or similar GRC platform implementations, along with strong analytical and documentation capabilities.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Workiva GRC or similar GRC platform implementations in a client-facing environment.
- Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, internal audit, or policy management processes.
- Strong skills in documentation, testing, data validation, and issue tracking within implementation projects.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, structured data, and implementation lifecycle artifacts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage assigned deliverables independently.
- Familiarity with implementation lifecycle stages such as requirements, design, testing, UAT, and deployment is a plus.
