Senior Consulting Analyst, Source to Pay (Coupa)

In this role, you will support and lead Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives by contributing to end-to-end system implementations and client delivery workstreams.

• Participate in S2P or P2P implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and user training.


• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solution designs, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.


• Work closely with Coupa and other S2P platforms to configure and support core procurement processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, OCR, and payments.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design integrated procurement ecosystems and improve overall solution efficiency.


• Act as a subject matter contributor, supporting client discussions on procurement transformation, system optimization, and vendor selection.


• Help manage project deliverables, timelines, and coordination efforts to ensure successful execution of implementation milestones.

Requirements

This role requires hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay consulting, ideally within technology-driven transformation programs.

• 3–6+ years of experience in S2P/P2P implementations using Coupa or similar platforms such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or GEP.


• Strong understanding of procurement and finance workflows, including catalogs, requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payments.


• Experience working across full project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.


• Ability to translate business requirements into structured solution documentation and technical designs.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in client-facing environments.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.


• Exposure to mentoring or guiding junior analysts is a plus, along with Coupa certification or equivalent platform expertise.
