You’re the Voice Architect
You’ll define and shape our brand voice, ensuring it resonates consistently across all channels. From thought leadership to campaign messaging, you’ll create narratives that inspire, inform, and engage.

You bring strategy to creativity
You won’t just create content — you’ll design the roadmap behind it. By developing content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs, you’ll make sure every word has purpose and impact.

You guide the content journey
From brainstorming big ideas to executing polished deliverables, you’ll oversee the full content lifecycle. Your eye for quality and detail will ensure everything we publish meets the highest standards.

You’re a Research-Driven Storyteller
You’ll dig deep into industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to uncover insights that fuel powerful, relevant content. This research-backed approach will help us produce content that is not only credible and creative but also scalable without losing quality.

You embrace AI without losing the human touch
You’ll leverage AI tools to speed up research, spark ideas, and scale production — but you’ll always refine the output so it never feels generic. The end result: high-quality content at volume, delivered with a distinctly human voice.

You’re a Mentor and Collaborator
You’ll coach writers, partner with designers, and align with stakeholders to bring stories to life. Your leadership will elevate the team’s creativity and push boundaries while keeping messaging consistent.

You make data your ally
By tracking performance, running audits, and analyzing audience insights, you’ll fine-tune strategies and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

You stay ahead of the curve
With a pulse on industry trends, digital platforms, and emerging formats, you’ll constantly innovate, experimenting with new ways to reach and engage audiences.

It’ll be awesome if you...

• Have 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership.
• Bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates success in building and executing content strategies.
• Excel at storytelling, brand messaging, and creative direction.
• Have strong research and analytical skills to ground your content in insights and thought leadership.
• Are comfortable with AI-driven tools and know how to use them to enhance productivity without compromising originality.
• Can manage high-volume content production while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Have hands-on experience with SEO, content analytics, and performance-driven strategies.
• Are skilled at balancing multiple projects while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Design, Product, and Leadership.
• Are a natural communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or IT services/consulting industries.
