Senior Content Writer

We’re seeking a Senior Content Writer who can translate deep technical and domain knowledge into compelling content across multiple formats. The writer would own the strategy, research, and execution of content that speaks to decision-makers, tech leaders, and product stakeholders. Your work will directly support our positioning as a strategic engineering partner in the digital innovation space.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Own long-form content creation for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces;
  

• Convert technical briefs and domain-specific discussions into clear, business-focused narratives;
  

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to identify content opportunities;
  

• Craft compelling copy for presentations, product marketing, internal campaigns, and microsites;
  

• Repurpose long-form content into microcopy for social media, carousels, and emailers;
  

• Maintain Coditas’ tone across all assets;
  

• Keep up with industry trends to ensure content relevance;
  

• Edit and review the works of junior team members to maintain quality and consistency;
  

• Collaborate with the Content Lead in building campaigns and content calendars.
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications You Should Have

• 4–6 years of experience writing B2B tech content (agency or in-house);
  

• Exceptional command over verbal and written English, with an eye for structure, clarity, and tone;
  

• Strong research and synthesis skills (you know how to turn raw info into sharp insights);
  

• Experience writing content for consulting-level or strategic positioning (not just SEO blogs);
  

• Proficiency working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  

• Experience with keyword research and SEO-based practices;
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders;
  

• The ability to understand and ask the right questions to subject matter experts;
  

• Knowledge of or experience working with the IT industry, specifically around software development;
  

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, etc.);
  

• The knack to bring uniqueness to your writing in an era of Generative AI-driven content.
