Senior Content Writer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Content Writer with 8–10 years of experience in crafting compelling, business-focused, and creative content for technology or IT services organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, deep storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives for both external and internal audiences.

You’ll play a key role in shaping Orion’s brand voice across marketing, sales, and thought leadership content — from white papers, blogs to multimedia storytelling and AI-powered content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Marketing & Sales Content

• Develop high-impact long- and short-form content including RFX responses (RFPs, RFIs), sales presentations, website copy, blogs, white papers, and campaign materials.


• Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse client personas and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.


• Apply a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content strategy to drive engagement and performance across channels.


• Support the development of video storyboards for corporate and social videos, demos, and interactive presentations.

• Creative Collaboration

• Partner with design, strategy, and business teams to ensure content alignment and consistency.


• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to shape messaging, tone of voice, and creative direction.

• AI-Driven Content Creation

• Leverage Generative AI tools to create personalized and scalable content efficiently.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.


• 8–10 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or marketing communications.


• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.


• Proven experience creating content for IT services, consulting, or digital transformation domains.


• Familiarity with B2B marketing content.


• Exposure to multimedia content (video scripts, interactive decks).


• Experience using Generative AI tools for content creation is a plus.


• Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone across audiences.


• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.
