Position title: Senior Corporate Software Engineer

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and SQL Server
  
• Good knowledge of HTML5 & JavaScript; React/Knockout.js is a plus
  
• Hands-on experience with Git, Unit Testing, Debugging, Profiling, Visual Studio & JIRA
  
• Daily experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
  
• Practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, context windows, hallucination risks, and AI limitations
  
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into product features
  
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for coding/productivity use cases
  
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes
  
• Strong code review, technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end and work independently across teams
  
• Exposure to developer experience, internal tooling, or engineering productivity initiatives is a plus

• Lead and deliver technical projects with minimal supervision
  
• Build, enhance, debug, and review scalable .NET applications
  
• Drive engineering quality through strong coding and code-review practices
  
• Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity and code quality
  
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to make data-driven product decisions
  
• Contribute to AI adoption, engineering productivity, and developer experience initiatives
