About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Trainer specializing in ARM architecture and embedded systems to deliver advanced technical training programs for industry professionals. The ideal candidate will blend deep semiconductor expertise with instructional excellence to upskill engineers in cutting-edge SoC design and ARM-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging theory and lab sessions on ARM architecture, AMBA bus systems, and related embedded topics to corporate and industry learners.


• Design, develop, and enhance course materials and lab modules aligned with current semiconductor trends and ARM architectures (ARMv8, ARMv9).


• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, projects, and practical exercises.


• Mentor and guide participants on real-world applications and project-based learning.


• Collaborate with the content development team to ensure curriculum relevance to evolving industry needs.


• Support organizational goals by contributing to new training methodologies and digital learning solutions within the EdTech framework.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, ECE, or VLSI (Ph.D. preferred).


• 10+ years of total experience, including:


• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ARM-based SoC or subsystem development.


• Prior experience teaching or mentoring corporate trainees or engineering teams.


• Strong knowledge of ARMv8/v9 architectures and AMBA bus systems.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.


• Exposure to curriculum design, content creation, and blended learning delivery (online + classroom).

Preferred Experience:

• Background in semiconductor design, verification, or embedded product development.


• Familiarity with EDA tools, simulation environments, and modern SoC integration workflows.


• Experience in corporate L&D, EdTech platforms, or training consultancy.
