Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and resourceful senior Counselor to join our team and provide guidance to students and parents navigating the medical entrance exam process. As a seniorCounselor, you will assess students’ needs, help them understand their options, and support them in making informed decisions about their medical education journey. Your goal is to empower students and parents with knowledge, answer their queries, and offer solutions that NEET Support provides.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert career counseling to students & parents on NEET admissions
• Conduct detailed one-on-one and group sessions for exam preparation & college selection
• Explain NEET Support’s premium resources (rank prediction, application guidance, career planning)

• Stay updated on NEET exam policies, cutoffs, and medical education trends

• Work closely with the marketing & sales team to refine student outreach strategies
• Lead & mentor junior counselors to enhance student support services

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience: 2+ years in NEET or academic counseling (EdTech preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities

• Bonus: In-depth knowledge of NEET admissions & medical career pathways

• Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual counseling platforms

• Knowledge of the NEET exam, counselling processes, and medical education in India.
• Previous experience working in education counselling or career advisory roles.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in NEET or academic counseling (experience in EdTech is preferred).

Technical & Functional Skills

• In-depth knowledge of NEET admissions, counseling processes, and medical career pathways in India.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual counseling platforms.
• Ability to stay updated on NEET exam policies, cutoffs, and medical education trends.
