Senior Creative Strategist / Senior Copywriter

We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist / Senior Copywriter who can go beyond writing and lead creative thinking. This role is ideal for someone who can identify business challenges, develop creative directions, shape brand narratives, and drive high -quality work across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in defining brand voice, mentoring junior team members, and leading projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies, brand narratives, and content directions for clients.
  
• Create compelling copy for campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, scripts, and thought leadership content.
  
• Lead brainstorming sessions and transform briefs into strong creative concepts.
  
• Collaborate closely with designers, editors, marketers, and clients to deliver impactful work.
  
• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative output to maintain quality standards.
  
• Present ideas, strategies, and creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior writers and contribute to the overall growth of the creative team.
  

Requirements

• 2 -4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, branding, advertising, or a related field.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, brand storytelling, and content strategy work.
  
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, consumer psychology, and creative strategy.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Leadership mindset with strong problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
