Mandatory Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales Module) – Customization, configuration, and deep platform understanding
  
• System Administration – User management, role-based access control, security permissions, data import/export, and integrity
  
• Azure DevOps & ALM Tools – CI/CD pipeline setup, secure SDLC practices
  
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoE Toolkit experience
  
• Programming – Hands-on with D365 SDK, C#, JavaScript
  
• Integration & APIs – Strong understanding of Web Services, APIs, and Azure Entra ID integration
  
• Terraform – Basic to intermediate knowledge for environment provisioning
  
• Production Support & ITSM – Proven experience supporting D365 CRM and Power Platform applications
  
• Architecture & Design – Design experience with Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRM Sales modules
  
• Operational Support – Ticket management, troubleshooting, environment administration, and automation guidance
