Job Description - Senior CRM Executive

JewelsHire, a distinguished leader in the realm of jewelry industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewelry manufacturer located in Seepz, Andheri east, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:

Handle order raising, pricing (manually using Advanced Excel), and order processing efficiently
Manage end -to -end order coordination including follow -ups with internal teams and clients
Prepare and manage shipment building, documentation, and release processes
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate data and reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.)
Work on EMR software for order tracking and updates
Handle export market clients and ensure smooth communication and servicing
Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Jewellery Sales (Export Market preferred)

Strong knowledge of order management, pricing, and coordination

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (data handling, reports, formulas)

Hands -on experience with EMR software

Good understanding of export documentation and shipment processes

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Moderate to good communication skills in English & Hindi
