As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance improvements for webshops. You'll manage the complete experimentation lifecycle — from customer behavior research and A/B test ideation to analysis and scalable implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Research & Insights

• Partner with product teams to explore customer behavior and translate findings into actionable hypotheses.

Experimentation Management

• Own the end-to-end process of CRO experiments: scoping ideas, aligning with design, conducting QA, monitoring performance, analyzing results, and driving follow-through.

Process Optimization

• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline CRO processes and enhance team impact.

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain transparency by delivering clear updates on experiments, including progress, outcomes, and next steps.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior CRO team members and contribute to building a data-driven experimentation culture across departments.

Who You Are

• Data-oriented and analytical with deep experience in CRO and A/B testing
• Structured, organized, and effective in high-velocity environments
• Empathetic problem-solver who aligns user needs with business goals
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative and leadership mindset
• Confident managing multiple experiments involving various teams and technical elements

What You Bring

• 8+ years of total experience, with at least 6 years in a CRO-focused role
• Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives
• Working knowledge of GA4, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic), and REGEX
• E-commerce background is highly preferred
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
