• Exp : 7-14 years.
  Location : Hyderabad
  Role : Data Modeller.

What you’ll need

To be considered for and successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Proven expertise in delivering and supporting high-availability, high-performance systems.
• Have effective collaboration and communication skills, able to work and influence across functional boundaries.
• Experience in acting as a coach and/or mentor to other team members in adoption of new ways of working and/or development of their technical capabilities. 
• Experience working effectively within teams to embed a culture of collaboration and ownership. Contributing to Communities of Practice where colleagues share knowledge, take initiative and deliver on commitment
• Experience with GCP, AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, BigQuery).
• Experience in Python
• Working experience with operational data stores, data warehouse, big data technologies and data lakes
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases to build data solutions, such as SQL Server/Oracle, experience with relational and dimensional data structures, DB schema, data warehousing, star and snowflake schema, data normalizations
• Produce artefacts such as data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and metadata repositories
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools/frameworks
• Familiarity with Kafka, streaming applications, and software development principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data quality and integration issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Awareness of industry standards and best practices in data modelling.

• Certification in GCP “Professional Data Engineer”
• Proficiency across the data lifecycle

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data models to meet organisational needs.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical models for databases and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to align models with business goals.
• Establish and enforce data modelling standards and best practices.
• Conduct data profiling and quality assessments.
• Support data migration and integration between systems.
• Implement data validation rules and security measures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data architecture, and modelling tools (e.g., ERwin, PowerDesigner).
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data governance, and metadata management
