author and implement the solutions \n\u2022 Is accountable for end-to end delivery of Algorithms \n\u2022 Author high-quality, highly-performance, unit-tested code to extract and transform data based on business and data science needs \n\u2022 Work directly with stakeholders, engineering, and test to create high quality solutions that solve end-user problems. \n\u2022 Mentor others in the use of tools and techniques \n\u2022 Explore and recommend new tools and processes which can be leveraged across the data preparation pipeline for capabilities and efficiencies \n\u2022 Collaborate broadly across multiple functions (data engineering, product management, IT, etc.) to readily make key data readily available and easily consumable \n\u2022 Create Reusable components which would accelerate algorithm development cycle\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nMaster\u2019s degree pusuing in Mechanical, computer science, Data Science, software engineering, digital signal processing, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace or related field \n\"\u2022 5+ years of progressive experience in delivering data science/AI technology solutions in a production environment \n\u2022 6 years working with customers (internal and external) on developing requirements and working to deliver end-to-end solution \n \n\"Required \n\u2022 Master\u0027s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering field with strong knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, Statistics, and Data Mining. \n\u2022 Experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning (CNN,RNN, ..), Reinforcement Learning, Optimization Techniques, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Recommendation AI Systems. \n\n## Skills:\n\n \n\u2022 Experience in Tensor Flow, Scikit, Keras, Spark ML \n\u2022 Strong programming skills in Python, R, Matlab,PySpark, SparkR, Scala along with a good understanding of the Linux platform \n\u2022 Strong knowledge on Databricks \n\u2022 Experience in at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google) \n\u2022 Excellent communication (verbal, presentation, documentation) skills, working with teams that are geographically dispersed, to produce solutions that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements and the ability to effectively explain technical concepts \n\u2022 Ability to write code that is accessible, secure, and optimized for performance, with the capability to output to different types of consumers and systems. \n\u2022 Solid understanding of Java and/or Python and associated IDE\u2019s (Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc.) \n\u2022 Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and concepts \n\u2022 Strong problem solving and software debugging skills \n\u2022 Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills\n\nDesired: \n\u2022 Experience in Design Thinking or human-centered methods to identify and creatively solve customer needs, through a holistic understanding of customer\u2019s problem area \n\u2022 Advanced degree and/or specialization in related descipline (e.g. machine learning) \n\"\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively explain technical concepts \n\u2022 Work as a part of virtual, global team \n\u2022 Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills \n\u2022 The ability to understand academic research and apply new data science techniques \n\u2022 Experience being part of larger teams with established big data platform practices, as well as smaller teams where they made a bigger impact in terms of scope. \n\u2022 Experience of working with Global teams work experience and awareness, Strong communication skills to interact with global teams. \n\u2022 Innate curiosity \n\u2022 Self-directed and hungry to learn \u2013 a person, who with time in his/her hands, will independently find interesting ways to push the envelope, learning new skills and growing self and the team. \n\u2022 Team player- we work in small, fast moving teams. \n\"\"\n
