Position: Senior Database Administrator

Role: DB2 LUW DBA

Experience: 8 – 12 Years

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Bangalore

CTC: Up to 40 LPA

Serving Notice Period Candidates Preferred

Requirements

Key Skills Required:

HADR (High Availability Disaster Recovery)

Memory parameter & Bufferpool tuning

Query performance tuning

Archival strategy for tables

Range partition tables

DR drill activities

DB2 upgrades & Fixpack upgrades

Production to lower environment restore

Index cleanup (unused/redundant indexes)

Pacemaker experience

Read replica tuning for reporting

DB maintenance for large tables (REORG / RUNSTATS)
