Senior Deal Desk Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Global Operations team and support the sales organization through efficient deal structuring, quote management, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Automation teams to ensure deal accuracy, policy compliance, and timely deal closures. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment while driving operational excellence and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team on deal-related operational activities.
  


• Manage quote administration and ensure deal structures comply with company approval policies.
  


• Review order forms, contracts, and sales documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  


• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Automation teams to facilitate seamless deal closures.
  


• Verify the accuracy of sales pipeline data maintained in Salesforce CRM.
  


• Identify inconsistencies in deal structures and provide guidance to sales teams on corrective actions.
  


• Support Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) operations by ensuring complete and accurate deal documentation.
  


• Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth order processing and billing activities.
  


• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce and other business systems during product launches or policy changes.
  


• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for sales operations.
  


• Deliver training sessions on sales processes, order management, legal agreements, and deal best practices.
  


• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  


• Work effectively with global cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
  


• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  


• Strong understanding of Deal Desk Operations, Deal Structuring, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
  


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and sales pipeline management.
  


• Experience in Quote & Order Management, contract review, and order compliance.
  


• Knowledge of Sales Enablement, sales operations, and revenue processes.
  


• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce or other business applications.
  


• Strong documentation, SOP creation, and training delivery skills.
  


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  


• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management skills.
  


• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  


• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Sales, and cross-functional global teams.
  


• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
