Senior Design Engineer

Requirements

• Mechanical Design Engineer with 7+ years of experience in heavy machinery and heavy engineering industries(Mining, Elevators Conveyors, Heavy Crushers).
  
• Strong experience in machine design, structural design, and fabrication engineering. Large assembly handling.
  
• Skilled in 3D modeling, manufacturing drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings.
  
• Good knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
  
• Experienced in welding detailing and welding standards as per ISO and AWS.
  
• Experience in hydraulic systems, sheet metal, and heavy welding and fabricated structures.
  
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, and design standards.
  
• Experience in concept design, design modification, and design validation.
  
• Skilled in BOM preparation and engineering documentation.
  
• Mechanical design calculation, stress analysis.
  
• Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Flexible to work on weekends when needed and night shifts when needed.
  
• Should be capable of independently handling and coordinating with international clients with good communication skills(Very important)
  
   
  
  
  
• Software Skills: Must have Autodesk Inventor, illogic, SolidWorks, ​Creo. Ms office .
