What you’ll do:

  Conceptualization & Design Strategy: Explore and conceptualize innovative packaging design solutions, leading the development and execution of design strategies to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.

  
  


• 
  

  Creative Collaboration & Support: Support Design Directors and fellow Designers within the creative team to generate innovative branding and packaging solutions that align with project goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Ideation & Evaluation: Conduct thorough conceptual exploration, generating diverse packaging design alternatives. Evaluate design options, develop and champion "big ideas" grounded in design strategy and the creative brief.

  
  


• 
  

  Client & Team Partnership: Partner and interact with internal teams and clients, showcasing a passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication. Develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.

  
  

What you’ll need:

• 
  

  Design Expertise & Portfolio: An impressive portfolio demonstrating recent work and a track record of creative idea generation and development within a brand/design agency.

  
  


• 
  

  Software Proficiency: Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  
  


• 
  

  Industry Knowledge & Trends: Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge, with a sound technical understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and structural design.

  
  


• 
  

  Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. An ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
