Job Purpose

To conceptualize and develop innovative kitchen designs that align with client preferences and market trends. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating visually appealing design presentations, and ensuring that every design is functional, aesthetically pleasing and feasible for production.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative

• Conceptualize and create innovative modular kitchen designs that reflect current trends while ensuring functionality and usability.


• Use design software (e.g., Winner, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar) to produce detailed 3D models and visual presentations of kitchen layouts.


• Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes and appliances that complement the design while adhering to budget constraints.


• Stay updated on industry trends, materials and design innovations to continually enhance the creative process.

Client Engagement

• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, showcasing visual concepts, materials and layouts effectively.


• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with sales, marketing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with brand standards and meet client expectations.


• Create detailed design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications and project timelines for production teams.

Team & Project Management

• Manage workflow, pipeline and plan submissions so that client timelines are never compromised.


• Ensure the team works effectively and efficiently, providing guidance whenever required.


• Verify and sign off on every document prepared by the team, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements during the design and implementation phases.


• Take complete ownership of the design of all projects, the design team and all documentation work.

Required Skills

• Design Expertise: Kitchen design, Winner software, CAD and 3D modeling, color theory and material knowledge


• Technical Knowledge: Kitchen equipment and appliances, space planning, 2D/3D design software, rendering software, project management tools


• Client & Communication: Client-centric approach, presentation skills, negotiation and persuasion


• Management: Time management, budget management, coordination


• Other: Tech-savvy

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate; preferably in Interior Designing


• Total Experience: 3 years


• Relevant Experience: Interior design, modular kitchen design, and proficiency with design software


• Preferred Domain: Architecture and space planning, appliance and kitchen equipment, modular kitchen design, interior design


• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi
