Senior Developer - ServiceNow

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IRM and GRC modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that support business processes related to risk, compliance, and governance. This is a key role that contributes to process automation and governance framework efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules.
  

• Customize and configure GRC applications including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Security Incident Response.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  

• Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data imports using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
  

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  

• Participate in solution design discussions, technical architecture reviews, and Agile development cycles.
  

• Ensure best practices and compliance with internal development standards.
  

• Provide support and maintenance of existing ServiceNow applications.
  

• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
  

• Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users and administrators.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
  

• Strong proficiency in IRM and GRC modules.
  

• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including scripting (server/client), Service Catalog, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  

• Experience with access control rules (ACLs), UI policies, UI actions, and form customizations.
  

• Familiarity with data import/export, CMDB, and reporting.
  

• Good understanding of security and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
