Senior Developer CRM & Bizapps

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) modules including entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and dashboards.


• Implement automation solutions using Power Automate (flows for approvals, integrations, notifications, and data processing).


• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.


• Write and maintain plugins and custom code components using C#, JavaScript, and CRM SDK.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design.


• Integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, and Power Automate.


• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues, ensuring smooth system performance.


• Participate in deployment activities, testing (UAT), and documentation.


• Ensure alignment with best practices, governance, and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).


• Strong experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and Power Apps.


• Solid understanding of Dataverse, entities, relationships, security roles, and business process flows.


• Experience in C# plugin development, custom workflow activities, and CRM extensions.


• Knowledge of JavaScript, Form Scripting, Web Resources.


• Experience with integration concepts (REST APIs, Power Automate connectors).


• Familiarity with tools like XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool, Postman.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Power BI reporting.


• Experience with Azure Logic Apps or Azure Functions.


• Understanding of Agile methodologies.


• Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, MB-210/MB-230.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
