About
the Role

As a .NET Full Stack
Developer at Propel, you will take ownership of designing, building, and
maintaining production -grade applications using .NET, Python, cloud platforms,
and modern web technologies. You will work independently on complex modules,
contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers while
delivering scalable and high -quality solutions.

This role is ideal for
engineers who have strong hands -on experience and are ready to take increased
responsibility in solution design and execution.

Key
Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full -stack applications
using .NET, Python, and modern frameworks.

·       Take end -to -end ownership of assigned modules, from requirement
understanding to production deployment.

·       Apply OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture practices to build
maintainable and extensible systems.

·       Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services with performance
and security best practices.

·       Work with Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex business and
technical problems efficiently.

·       Build and optimize data processing pipelines and background services.

·       Actively contribute to cloud -based application development using Microsoft
Azure services.

·       Implement containerized applications and manage deployment workflows using
Docker.

·       Develop and integrate frontend components using Angular or Next.js when
required.

·       Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide junior
engineers.

·       Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement
long -term fixes.

·       Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams including product, QA, and
DevOps.

What
We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
(or equivalent industry experience).

·       3 to 5 years of strong hands -on development experience in backend or
full -stack roles.

·       Strong proficiency in either Python or C# (.NET) with real -world project
experience.

·       Solid understanding of:

o    Object -Oriented Programming (OOP)

o    SOLID design principles

o    Operating System fundamentals

o    Multithreading, memory management, and networking basics

·       Practical experience working with Data Structures and Algorithms in
real -world problem solving.

·       Hands -on experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services.

·       Strong experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
and modern frontend frameworks.

·       Good working knowledge of SQL or relational databases.

·       Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with
hands -on Azure experience.

·       Experience working with containerization tools such as Docker.

·       Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

·       Strong problem -solving ability and ownership mindset.

·       Good communication skills and ability to work in cross -functional teams.

Preferred

·       Azure certifications or strong real -world Azure deployment experience.

·       Experience building scalable microservices -based systems.

·       Exposure to Python -based data processing workflows.

·       Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data -driven systems.

·       Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

·       Familiarity with system design and performance optimization techniques.
