Senior Developer Pharma Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in ETL, Data Warehousing, Advanced SQL, and Snowflake, ideally with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving data initiatives, optimising data pipelines, and facilitating stakeholder collaboration across business and technical teams.

You will work on end-to-end data solutions—extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources into centralised data platforms. This role also demands strong SQL expertise for advanced queries, performance tuning, and data validation. Experience in Snowflake is essential, as is the ability to understand complex data models in the pharma ecosystem.

Your ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders, technical leads, and senior leadership will be crucial. Acting as a bridge between the technical and business teams, you will ensure accurate translation of requirements into scalable, compliant data solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and Data Warehouse structures
  




• Write complex SQL queries for data transformation, validation, and reporting
  




• Develop and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions
  




• Collaborate with pharma domain experts to map business requirements
  




• Communicate effectively with business teams and technical stakeholders
  




• Act as a liaison between leadership, developers, and business analysts
  

Preferred Skills:

• Pharma/healthcare data domain experience is mandatory
  




• Veeva CRM data understanding is a plus
  




• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
