Senior Development Engineer React JS

Job Summary:

• Develop
  and maintain efficient and reusable React JS components for web applications.
  
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to
  understand project requirements and translate them into technical
  specifications.
  
• Design,
  architect, and implement scalable and high -performance web applications using
  React JS and other JavaScript frameworks.
  
• Write
  clean, well -documented, and testable code following best practices and coding
  standards.
  
• Optimize
  applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user
  experience across different devices and browsers.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose
  effective solutions.
  
• Conduct
  code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to
  established development standards.
  
• Stay
  up -to -date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in
  React JS development and share knowledge with the team.
  
• Mentor
  and provide guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional
  growth.
  
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high -quality software delivery through
  unit testing, integration testing, and other quality assurance techniques.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, including sprint
  planning, stand -ups, and retrospectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
  field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  
• Proven
  experience as a Senior Software Developer with a strong focus on React JS
  development.
  
• In -depth
  knowledge of React JS and its core principles, including component -based
  architecture, virtual DOM, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  
• Strong
  proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related front -end technologies.
  
• Experience with modern web development tools and libraries, such as Webpack,
  Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
  
• Solid
  understanding of responsive web design, cross -browser compatibility, and
  accessibility standards.
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front -end applications with
  back -end services.
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration
  platforms (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
  
• Strong
  problem -solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical
  issues.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
  effectively in a team environment.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile development
  environment.
  
• Proven
  ability to deliver high -quality software solutions on time and within budget.
  
  

• Experience with TypeScript and statically -typed JavaScript.
  
• Knowledge of server -side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
  
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.
  
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test -driven
  development (TDD).
  
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Knowledge of backend databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Contributions to the React JS open -source community or personal projects on
