Job Description - Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will work on:

â AWS infra (EC2, EKS, LB, etc.) — design + ownership

â CI/CD using Jenkins + Argo CD

â Docker + Kubernetes in production

â Terraform for infra automation

â Monitoring with Prometheus + Grafana

â Debugging real production issues (not just dashboards)

You will work closely with backend engineers to make deployments faster, safer and less painful.

Requirements

What we expect:

â 4–5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infra

â Strong AWS + Linux fundamentals

â Hands -on Kubernetes + Docker (not just theoretical)

â Terraform experience

â Solid debugging skills in distributed systems

â Good understanding of networking + security

You should be comfortable taking ownership and making infra decisions, not just executing tasks.

Security & domain

We operate in a Fintech/NBFC setup, so this matters:

â Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and secure infra practices

â Awareness of access control, auditability and compliance

AI expectation

We expect engineers to use AI to move faster:

â Comfortable with AI tools like Codex/Kiro/Claude

â Basic understanding of LLM ecosystems

â Exposure to platforms like Amazon Bedrock is a plus

Good to have:

â Argo CD / GitOps

â Bash or Python scripting

â Experience with microservices
