Job Description - Senior DevOps Engineer

Essential Skills Set:

Hands -on experience deploying and managing non -containerized applications on EC2 instances.
Proven experience with containerized applications using Docker and deploying to ECS (Elastic Container Service).
Strong understanding of Apache2 and other web servers on Ubuntu Linux.
Experience with AWS Route 53 for DNS configuration and cutovers.
Proficiency in version control with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
Strong troubleshooting skills across both EC2 (non -containerized) and ECS (containerized) environments.
Familiarity with Linux server administration and cloud infrastructure management.
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (a plus).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Cloud formation.
AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, NewRelic.
Knowledge of additional AWS services like S3, Lambda, and RDS.
Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation for both containerized and non -containerized environments.
