Job Description - Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a senior DevOps engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cloud, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, automation, and monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
Develop reusable Terraform modules and implement Infrastructure as Code best practices.
Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments, including K8s and EKS, AKS or GKE.
Work with microservices and serverless architectures such as Lambda, Azure Functions, and Google Cloud Functions.
Manage cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, databases, API gateways, load balancers, CDN, and monitoring services.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, New Relic, or similar tools.
Implement cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, and DevSecOps practices.
Collaborate with development, QA, security, and architecture teams to improve reliability and deployment efficiency.
Identify opportunities for performance, scalability, reliability, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

3–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/cloud engineering.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD, IaC tools (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
Good understanding of cloud networking, IAM, OIDC, security, and Linux.
Experience with monitoring and logging platforms.
Proficiency in Shell and/or Python scripting.
Exposure to AI/ML platforms and AI-assisted DevOps tools.
Experience using generative AI/LLMs to improve automation, troubleshooting, documentation, or developer productivity.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Multi-cloud experience.
Experience with Helm, GitOps, Argo CD/Flux, or Istio.
Knowledge of DevSecOps and FinOps.
Familiarity with AI-powered observability, AIOps, or intelligent incident management.
AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications.
