The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with a strong understanding of performance metrics, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.


• Optimise ad spend, bids, and targeting strategies for maximum ROI.


• Understanding customer journeys, lead nurturing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).


• Should be able to create reports that clearly explain ad performance and how it was affected

Requirements:

1) 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
2) Proven track record in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
3) Strong analytical skills with expertise in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
4) Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are a plus.
