Overview

At
Tritusa, we're looking for a highly motivated and results -driven Senior Digital
& Growth Marketing Specialist (Enterprise B2B) to lead our digital growth
strategy and accelerate business expansion.

This is a
strategic, hands -on role responsible for driving demand generation, enterprise
lead acquisition, digital marketing performance, and revenue growth through
data -driven marketing initiatives. You will own the end -to -end digital
marketing ecosystem - including performance marketing, SEO, account -based
marketing (ABM), marketing automation, AI -powered marketing, website optimization, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.

Your
Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Tritusa's digital growth and demand generation strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Drive enterprise lead generation across multiple digital channels while improving marketing contribution to the sales pipeline. 
  • Build scalable marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms. 
  • Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and campaign messaging to maximize conversion performance. 
  • Lead SEO strategy including Technical SEO, On -Page SEO, Off -Page SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy. 
  • Improve organic rankings, website traffic, and search visibility using best -practice SEO techniques. 
  • Monitor emerging AI search trends (AEO, GEO, AI Search) and adapt SEO strategies accordingly. 
  • Develop and execute targeted Account -Based Marketing campaigns for enterprise clients and strategic accounts. 
  • Partner closely with Sales to identify high -value prospects and deliver personalized marketing campaigns that accelerate opportunity creation. 
  • Own website performance, user experience, landing pages, and conversion optimization initiatives. 
  • Improve website engagement, lead conversion rates, and customer journeys through continuous testing and optimization. 
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns. 
  • Optimism lead scoring, segmentation, email automation, and campaign workflows to improve marketing efficiency and conversion. 
  • Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, CRM dashboards, and reporting platforms. 
  • Produce actionable insights, executive dashboards, and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and business performance. 
  • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs including traffic, conversions, pipeline generation, revenue influence, and ROI. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high -quality thought leadership content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and social media campaigns. 
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives supporting conferences, webinars, partner events, and industry campaigns. 
  • Leverage AI -powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign optimisation, customer segmentation, workflow automation, and marketing productivity. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. 
  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation. 
  • Experience working within B2B technology, IT consulting, SaaS, enterprise software, cybersecurity, cloud, or professional services organisations. 
  • Proven success generating qualified enterprise leads and contributing to sales pipeline growth. 
  • Strong hands -on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and Performance Marketing. 
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO including Technical SEO, On -Page SEO, Off -Page SEO, and AI Search Optimisation. 
  • Experience with Account -Based Marketing (ABM), Demand Generation, and Lead Management. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar analytics platforms. 
  • Experience using CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Zoho Marketing Automation.
  • Hands -on experience with B2B sales intelligence, prospecting, and email marketing tools including Firmable, Apollo.io, Zoho Campaigns (Email Marketing), Zoho Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms for lead generation, account -based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), landing page optimisation, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing. 
  • Experience leveraging AI -powered marketing tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and AI -driven marketing platforms. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into business decisions. 
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI. 
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on business growth and customer acquisition. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross -functional and global teams.
