Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Drive lead generation activities with a strong focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
• Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.
• Develop compelling case studies, customer success stories, LinkedIn content, banners, and branding assets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather customer success stories and transform them into impactful marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Lead and guide the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and achievement of business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands -on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience using Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking tools.
• Proven expertise in MQL generation and digital demand -generation campaigns.
• Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating case studies, success stories, LinkedIn content, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and lead a team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in IT Services marketing environments.
• Exposure to branding, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
