About the Role

Prism is looking for a senior business operations leader to drive global Product Growth, Customer Lifecycle, Business Operations and strategic client success across international markets.

This role sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Engineering, Data, CRM, Legal and Regional teams owning scalable growth, operational excellence, delivery accountability and long-term commercial impact for the Prism platform ecosystem.

You will lead high-value client engagements, drive portfolio growth, influence product prioritization, and build the operating rigor required to scale a world-class B2B platform business.

Prism clients are making long-term bets on our platform. Your mandate is to make those bets successful through operational excellence, scalable growth, delivery accountability and trusted client partnerships. This role is for leaders who build organizations that execute, scale and deliver with consistency.

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead global Growth, GTM, and Customer Lifecycle strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization and customer experience transformation.

  • Own executive client and stakeholder relationships across the Prism portfolio, acting as the escalation and decision-making lead for strategic initiatives.

  • Drive multi-million-dollar business impact through platform optimization, market expansion, operational transformation and cost-efficiency programs.

  • Lead global experimentation and data-driven growth frameworks across CRM, onboarding, pricing, payments, retention and engagement funnels.

  • Influence Product and Engineering roadmaps by identifying strategic growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks and market-specific business needs.

  • Lead transformation programs spanning payments modernization, customer migration, identity and security optimization and GenAI-enabled support capabilities.

  • Establish scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution mechanisms to improve speed, accountability and delivery excellence globally.

  • Drive strategic partnerships, vendor ecosystems and commercial collaborations to enhance platform capabilities and business outcomes.

  • Build and mentor high-performing teams with a culture rooted in ownership, innovation, experimentation and operational rigor.

Skills & Attributes for Success

  • 15+ years of leadership experience across Business Operations, Growth, Consulting, Client Engagement or Technology Services

  • Proven track record managing enterprise client portfolios with accountability for delivery and commercial outcomes

  • Strong commercial acumen and product fluency with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership

  • Experienced in scaling engagement models, driving transformation programs, and leading high-performing teams

  • Executive presence with the ability to operate credibly with both client C-suites and internal product/engineering leaders

Highly Valued

  • Experience in Project Management functions involving multiple stakeholders  

  • Experience in OTT, streaming, subscription, media-tech or B2B/B2C platform businesses

  • Consulting or professional services background

  • Exposure to lifecycle marketing, CRM ecosystems, payments, monetization and AI-led engagement platforms
