We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director, Technology, Security & Platform Engineering to lead the technology foundations supporting EXO Edge’s transformation into an AI-enabled, technology-driven organization. This leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, AI governance, and technology risk management.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and operating secure, scalable, and resilient technology platforms that support future products, engineering teams, operational systems, and customer commitments. This position extends beyond traditional enterprise IT and requires a leader capable of translating technology strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the enterprise technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities.
Provide strategic technology leadership to executive management and key stakeholders.
Align technology investments with long-term organizational growth and innovation initiatives.
Establish technology principles, governance frameworks, and architecture standards that support scalability and operational excellence.
Cybersecurity & Technology Risk
Own and drive the enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
Establish and maintain security architecture standards and best practices.
Lead vulnerability management, incident response, security awareness programs, and proactive risk mitigation initiatives.
Promote a culture of security-by-design across technology and business functions.
Identify, assess, and manage technology risks while supporting executive decision-making around investments and risk mitigation.

Provide executive ownership of:

AI Governance
Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
Ensure continuous audit readiness and compliance maturity.
Develop governance frameworks supporting regulatory, customer, and industry requirements.

Build and scale platform capabilities required to support product and engineering teams.

Define cloud and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive system scalability, resilience, interoperability, and operational readiness.
Establish architectural governance frameworks that support long-term growth and innovation.
Ensure technology platforms remain secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
AI Governance & Responsible Adoption
Develop governance frameworks for enterprise AI adoption.
Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant implementation of AI technologies.
Support customer requirements related to AI risk management, security, compliance, and data protection.
Partner with leadership teams to enable scalable AI-driven transformation initiatives.
Leadership & Operational Excellence
Operate as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational priorities.
Drive accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the technology organization.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across security, platform engineering, DevOps, and enterprise technology functions.
Establish departmental scorecards, KPIs, and performance measures aligned with business objectives.
Required Experience
12+ years of progressive leadership experience across technology, cybersecurity, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise architecture functions.
Proven experience leading technology organizations within:

BPO/KPO
Enterprise Software
Regulated Industries
Strong track record of driving technology transformation, modernization, and organizational scalability.
Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with significant business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, Azure, AWS, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.
