This role sits at the core of global endpoint engineering, responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and highly automated device management across a diverse enterprise environment. You will oversee large-scale endpoint ecosystems spanning macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android, with a strong specialization in Jamf-based Apple device management. The position focuses on building intelligent, automated, and compliant endpoint operations that support thousands of devices across global teams. You will collaborate closely with security, identity, and infrastructure teams to strengthen device posture, improve user experience, and enforce modern security frameworks. The environment is highly technical, automation-driven, and evolving toward AI-assisted endpoint operations. This is a high-impact engineering role where your work directly influences enterprise security, efficiency, and end-user productivity at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise endpoint environments across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Manage and enhance MDM ecosystems including Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Architect and maintain Jamf Pro environments, supporting large-scale macOS fleets with automation for provisioning, patching, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Bash, Python, AppleScript, and PowerShell to automate endpoint workflows and extend platform capabilities.
- Implement endpoint patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance strategies aligned with ITIL and security best practices.
- Integrate endpoint systems with security tools, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and identity frameworks to support Zero Trust architecture.
- Design and implement AI-driven and event-based automation workflows for self-healing, provisioning, and incident response.
- Manage Apple ecosystem infrastructure including Apple Business Manager, VPP, APNs certificates, and MDM enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce encryption standards, Conditional Access policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Serve as escalation point for complex endpoint issues and contribute to documentation, standards, and engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in endpoint engineering, EUC, or device management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise environments (10,000+ endpoints).
- Expert-level Jamf experience, ideally Jamf 400 certified or equivalent practical expertise.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, AppleScript, and PowerShell for automation and system management.
- Deep understanding of Apple ecosystem components including ABM/DEP, VPP, APNs, and MDM protocols.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint security principles including encryption (FileVault, BitLocker) and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Experience with Windows endpoint management tools such as Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch lifecycle processes, and enterprise security tooling.
- Experience integrating endpoint platforms with identity and security solutions such as Okta or AWS VDI.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and support global operations with overlapping time zone requirements.
